It's another hot day! It was a beautiful day in Sapporo! We went shopping and bought some sake at Nanakura for the first time in a while! All the liquor stores are very kind and helpful! Today's snacks are pickled daikon radish skin, yellowtail radish, camembert and cod roe, and sashimi of nishin 😆. I'll have it with lukewarm sake ✨😌 The rice is so concentrated! Rice! Delicious! It soaks in! It has a sweet and sour taste like white chocolate. It's also perfect with Camembert cheese! The way it slowly changes in temperature is also delicious! Mmmm ❤️!

It was a beautiful day and we took a walk to the liquor store. I was in the mood for sashimi today, so I wanted to get some sake from Okayama to go with my hot sake ✨. It's made from Akaban Omachi rice, and the price is surprisingly reasonable! It's good to have a good, affordable sake for everyday drinking! It's thick, rich, and full of flavor! It's delicious! The acidity in the back end is powerful, but not overpowering. It's also delicious as it cools down from a lukewarm temperature! Sashimi, grilled chicken wings, and fried potatoes. It was great! By the way, I went to see the supermoon but I couldn't see it at all 😭.
