At an old sake bar that I was curious about 😊. I had an image of HANABA, fresh with a delicious acidity, but even the old sake is delicious! The label also looks good with age.

A bottle given to me by a person in Gifu 🍾. It was crisp and easy to drink with a refreshing taste like pears and apples. It is from a sake brewery in Minokamo City and is made from Yamae Nishiki produced in Shinshu. I had it with firefly squid with vinegared miso. ☺️

Seafood restaurant in the shopping arcade, recommended by a company employee. I had never heard of this sake before, but I was attracted by the name and ordered it without hesitation. The name of the sake is "Yu", meaning "clean and refreshing". It was fresh like an apple, crisp and tight. It was good 😊.

Speaking of the Newspaper Series... thank goodness we can get the sake 🍶 Junmai Daiginjo specs purchased at the Watanabe Sake Brewery at a discounted price 🤗. Aroma, sweetness, umami...all good all-rounders!

Sake goes well with blue cheese! Made with a 90% rice polishing ratio. It starts with a melon🍈 aroma and is a sticky, full-bodied sake. It has a rich and sticky aroma, like Shaoxing sake. The color is also dark. It is a sake that can be savored slowly!

Purchased at a sake brewery on a trip to Hida Furukawa ❗️ It's easy to drink, with just the right amount of sweetness and schwagger to make it hard to believe it's 17 degrees. I now understand the meaning of the "dancing yeast drinker" claim 🥺. It has so much umami and sweetness, I don't know what kind of food to pair it with...lol! I've been slacking on posting lately, but the sheer deliciousness of this dish made me mysteriously excited and say, "I have to post this! I was in a mysterious state of tension 😂. I should have bought another bottle. I recommend it: ❗️

This bottle was given to me by my in-laws. Refreshing mouthfeel, a hint of sweetness, and finally the delicious taste of rice... Saku's sake is good for ministry. For the time being, I'm going to drink sake breweries in Saku area one by one 😆.

It's been a while since I've had a leisurely sake drink 🙌 Aichi Prefecture purchased Shiraoi from Sawada Shuzo, a sake brewery in Tokoname City. Apparently there was a time when the toji was from Hiroshima, and they still make junmai ginjo sake using Hiroshima-grown Senbon-Nishiki and Hachitan-Nishiki. The brewery was previously damaged by fire, but with support from other companies in the industry, it was successfully restored. The sense of camaraderie among breweries is the most important thing, and I think it is wonderful that Sawada Brewery's organizational culture is supported by the people around them. Melon🍈 aroma with a pleasant slight effervescence, very tasty! You can drink this as much as you want 😂I look forward to the taste changes in the future.

Daiginjo as a gift 😆. My vocab doesn't do it justice, but I don't need anything, not even a snack! That's all I need! It has a nice aroma and texture, and the brewing alcohol does a good job. I'll be drinking a little more every day.

Good thing, I bought it at a department store. I was also attracted by the elaborate pop. Tasty and tasty, apple aroma 🍎. Fully ripe~! It was a well-balanced sake that goes well with meals.

Buy a bottle of nama-shu at the only sake brewery in Iida, Minami Shinshu! This is made from 100% local sake rice "Takamine Nishiki"🌾 I let it sit for a few days before opening the bottle. Dry and light! I was a little intimidated by the spasticity of the sake, but as I drank it, I gradually got used to it and it was a good sake😄.

Purchased for home use. After opening the bottle, alcohol that goes through easily, sweetness like apples, sip with anticipation 😆. This is juicy! It would be good to have more of it in your mouth. To put it bluntly, it's like adult apple juice, and it's perfect for sipping.
