100% Milky Queen from Tango, Kyoto. It's even sake rice! 😲 This was a slight firing, but it was sweet, mellow and sour like 🍇 grapes. It was my first sake in a long time. Delicious!

It's been a while since I've been out drinking. Wanted to see the difference between this and the Silite 55. A drink I've been wanting to try 🙌. It's crisp, dry, and easy to drink. I wanted to try it with a variety of dishes. I'd love to have this in my house along with the 55!

I've been drinking a lot of fruity sake lately, so it's been a while since I went to the store for a dry Danrei. I was worried about a few things, but I bought Drunken Whale because it was a relay sake from the brewery that wished for the end of Corona❗️. The aroma is watery. When you drink it up, you can feel the presence of rice in your mouth. I paired it with dumplings😊.

On a holiday under declaration, 🚘 to Shiraito brewery. We bought Shiraito 55 as recommended by the brewer. It's juicy like a grape, well-balanced in flavor, and plainly delicious! It was a sake that I felt was honestly delicious. It's probably my favorite sake in Fukuoka at the moment😊.

Haven't bought sake in a while! They use rice from Mr. Kitajima, who is known as a master rice grower in Fukuoka. It is said that the farmers, breweries and liquor stores collaborated to make this sake, so at this point, I have high expectations☺️. The aroma is ramune, vanilla, and banana type. The first drink of this year is the Toyo Bijin "Mellow Way One-Way" from Sumikawa Sake Brewery, which celebrated its 100th anniversary❗️. It has a sweet aroma, a solid richness, and most importantly, it's fresh 😋 I'm looking forward to the taste after opening the bottle.

ラベルに惹かれて購入。瓶内二次発酵とのことで、注ぐとシュワシュワ、いい感じです🙌 程よく甘く爽やかで、日本酒とは思えない飲み口。でも後味にしっかりお米の薫り。とても美味しく、また購入したい一本となりました。
