It has been a long time since I have posted.
On New Year's Eve, I had some Yamaguchi sake at my home in Sapporo in memory of the late former Prime Minister Abe.
It has a great flavor and a little bit of a schwash. Next time, I will try blue or orange.
2022 was another year of good sake tasting 😄.

I had never had the chance to try this dish when I was in high school during the Yamagata National Athletic Meet because I was losing weight 🍲.

Last night, we had an opinion exchange meeting at work.
