The moment you open it, you hear a sound like carbonation being released, and the sake looks like sparkling wine. It has a strawberry-like sourness and sweetness, and I felt that it would go well with Western food rather than Japanese food. The appearance is also stylish like a Western-style sake. The price is relatively cheap and easy to find, but the quality is very good, and I personally like it very much. It's getting hotter, so it's a good time to chill a sparkling drink.

Mr. Yuzi I prefer cold sake to beer even in summer. Sparkling is the best in summer!

I got to meet some very precious sake! Shinsei No.6 Dice Richard It's the 10th anniversary sake of No.6. It has an apple-like sweetness, a fruity aroma, and just the right amount of acidity, making it very easy to drink. It's a sake that you'll want to drink as many times as you like. The only drawback is that it's hard to find this sake. We were told that they only serve it to their regular customers, so we were able to have a special drink. Thank you very much!

Yuzi. I went there a few times and asked about the drinks and they gave me some of the hidden ones. I was lucky to be able to drink something rare😄.

Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu At the sake shop, I told them I wanted to drink a fruity and sweet sake, and they introduced me to this Koko (Kinone Masamune). I'm still new to sake, so I don't know how difficult it is, but it has a fruity aroma, a sweetness like a peach, and a slight sourness. Maybe it's just my imagination, but I thought it had a slight carbonated feel to it. It was a very tasty and easy to drink sake.
