A beautiful sake with a 55% rice polishing ratio.
It is a very good sake to drink with others.
However, after opening the bottle, the sake runs very fast.
On the second day, it was a completely different sake. I am sure it was not stored badly, but... it completely died on the fourth day. It tastes bad. And quite bad.

I recommend that you open the bottle as soon as possible after opening it.
It is a draft sake, but since it was dead, I tried heating it up.
Oh! It came back to life! I guess sometimes sake with its own power can come back to life by heating it up when it dies (lol)!
When it is heated up, you can feel the Niida natural sake.
