Shichiken Sparkling Soranosai is a sparkling sake made with luxurious junmai sake "Furin Misan" instead of brewing water and second fermentation in the bottle. Fresh and refreshing aroma, just the right acidity like a beautiful sweet apple for my liking😋I should have bought another bottle! Easy to drink at 12 degrees alcohol! I finished a bottle in no time 😚.

I know it's a little late to give this up and it was a long time ago, Mr. Yojiro and I went to the Shichiken brewery opening on March 16th. It was a one-day bus tour, We tasted a variety of Shichiken's favorite sake! After much deliberation, I bought two bottles: a sparkling Soranosai and a limited-edition sake from the brewery, Liu Melody. It was light, slightly sweet, and extremely fruity! The atmosphere was great and they served a lot of delicious snacks.

Rice used: Dewa Tsanzan Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15%. Juicy and fresh It also has a smooth sweetness. Excellent drinkability! I've become a big fan of Omine after the winter arrival, but this Dewa Sanzan is also very tasty 😆.

Rice used: Special A District, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture     Yamadanishiki" produced in Yoshikawa-cho Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 16%. Purchased at Tachibanauchi Sake Shop in Fukushima Prefecture Rich sweetness like banana, dense mouthfeel to sourness. Refreshing sweetness and rich umami. Good sharpness. I heard they also sell "Junmai Ginjo Tojo Yamadanishiki" so I would like to compare the two 😋 but I don't think my stupid tongue would be able to tell the difference 😂.

Rice: Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol: 16%. Ibuki" is a sake brewed step by step, without haste and without relaxation. Ibuki" is a new brand created in 2011 by Ken'yuki Yanai, the 9th generation brewer of Toyokuni Shuzo in Ishikawa County, Fukushima Prefecture, which was founded in the Tenpo era. The production volume is said to be small, but the sake is clear, tasty, reasonably priced, and highly satisfying. The light nigori has a fruity aroma and a hint of sweetness. Is it the sweetness of Miyamanishiki? Since the first time we drank sake in Fukushima, Ippouki has become one of my son's favorites 😊.

The Okunomatsu we bought last time became my son's favorite sake, so we decided to visit a sake brewery ❗️ to taste some of the sake and bought several items. I think it was because it was the first sake I tasted, and I found it very easy to drink and tasty at the time, so it was the first sake I chose. When we got to the hotel, we all tried it and it was still 17 degrees! Strong 😂.

Sake meter degree -15 Acidity 1.9 Amino acidity 1.1 Alcohol content 14 At Nakameguro Isego Honten Kakuuchi Kameizumi CEL-24 is famous for making even non-drinkers like it. It is famous even for people who don't drink sake. There was a rare variety called Tosa Urara, which is available at ❤️ This is the aroma of pineapple. I was enveloped by the unique aroma and felt like I was getting drunk very quickly.

100% Aizu-produced Yumeko Polishing ratio 45 Sake meter degree -2.5, Acidity 1.55 Alcohol 16%. Yumeko" rice from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture, polished to 45%, and "Bandai Nishiyamaroku Chikusui", designated as one of the best water in Japan, are used for brewing water. I have a feeling it's going to be delicious 😆. The aroma is fruity and gorgeous, and it has a mild, fine orikara flavor with a nice sharpness. Fukushima sake is just delicious 🤤!

This sake is an assemblage of the Lomang series, a luxurious sake that mixes seasonal Lomangs, starting with ZE Lomang and ending with Shimofuri Lomang, served during the year. The owner's brother recommended it! I love sweet and tasty sake, and this was just the kind of sake I like!

Rice used: 77% Aizu Sango-Nishiki Yamadanishiki from Aizu: 22 Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 13.5 Tenmei's medium-graded varieties range from No. 0 to No. 5, but the owner says that No. 2 is the second sweetest after No. 0. The concept of the taste is "dry and light". I wish there were more Tenmei stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area!
