After the event, we went to a yakitori restaurant for dinner 😚 The first one was Kangiku, which I had been curious about for a long time, and I was also curious about the super limited edition.
I'm not a fan of fruit, but it tastes like grapefruit 😆 I like this level of bitterness!

It is quite courageous to suddenly buy a sake that you have never had before and have no information about from friends, but having the opportunity to drink sake from various breweries like the Aoshukai is a great chance to have such an encounter 😊.
The sake was soft, yet refreshing and delicious!
The Megane is a very sharp sake with a strong acidity 🤣 even though they are both from Hagi no Tsuru.
I would like to try many other sakes!

Purchased at Kagataya in Nishikoyama
There were two kinds of Omachi in the store, this Bizen Omachi and Akaban Omachi, but we decided on this one because the shopkeeper said that this one was darker!
Sharaku is delicious after all!
Next time, I will get Akaban Oumachi too!

I was impressed by the taste when I drank it at a corner shop before, but I was told that the draft of Kuheiji is only available once a year.
So we waited and waited 😊.
This year, reservations for the draft Kuheiji have started again. Of course I will apply for it.
It's been almost a year since I bought it 💦I have to give it to him ASAP 💦.

Comparison with Akabu's Sake Mirai 🥰.
They use the same sake rice, but they taste completely different. Both are delicious, but I think I prefer the instrumental Masamune.
It's insanely delicious and I want to repeat this sake next year!

Nama Sake Opening Precautions
My favorite sake future of my favorite Akabu.
When I wanted to buy it, it was sold out everywhere 💦 then I wanted it no matter what lol.
I bought it from Sake Sento's online store in Nagoya.
Sake Mirai has a sweet image in my mind, Akabu's was rather dry but it was delicious 😊.

There was a time when I was so addicted to kijoshu that my friends called me a kijoshu killer, but I felt that even kijoshu was completely different from each other. I was feeling that even kijo-zake was completely different, but then I realized that kijo-zake was completely different.
Mellow and juicy sweet yet refreshing and clear kijoshu. Super tasty!
