Rice polishing ratio 48 Alcohol content 15%. It is quite courageous to suddenly buy a sake that you have never had before and have no information about from friends, but having the opportunity to drink sake from various breweries like the Aoshukai is a great chance to have such an encounter 😊. The sake was soft, yet refreshing and delicious! The Megane is a very sharp sake with a strong acidity 🤣 even though they are both from Hagi no Tsuru. I would like to try many other sakes!

I was impressed by the taste when I drank it at a corner shop before, but I was told that the draft of Kuheiji is only available once a year. So we waited and waited 😊. This year, reservations for the draft Kuheiji have started again. Of course I will apply for it. It's been almost a year since I bought it 💦I have to give it to him ASAP 💦.

When I wanted to buy it, it was sold out everywhere 💦 then I wanted it no matter what lol. I bought it from Sake Sento's online store in Nagoya. Sake Mirai has a sweet image in my mind, Akabu's was rather dry but it was delicious 😊.

Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 13%. There was a time when I was so addicted to kijoshu that my friends called me a kijoshu killer, but I felt that even kijoshu was completely different from each other. I was feeling that even kijo-zake was completely different, but then I realized that kijo-zake was completely different. Mellow and juicy sweet yet refreshing and clear kijoshu. Super tasty!
