It has a sweet aroma like yogurt. The acidity is not too much, and the sweetness is moderate, but combined with the aroma, you can taste a rich umami flavor. This is a true "super-umami" favorite sake.

It's been a long time since I've had a seriously intense taste. I didn't know there was such a sweet and fruity sake. It is different from fresh and refreshing. This is the sweetest I've ever liked so much. I thought it was a very evil sake that didn't make me feel Al-16 at all.
