I was aware that Shikishima in Aichi was bread❓ but Shikishima is sake🍶 and unfamiliar No.8. The aroma is modest and slightly effervescent, and the moderate acidity makes it easy to pair with food🍙.
This is the Omachi that was recommended to me last month when I told a restaurant in Tochigi (different from Nozomu and Mida) that I wanted to drink Nanamizu 🍶.
This is my first Nanamizu and I personally love the taste and aroma ❗️ I had it with caprese like wine.
Good evening, Ponkotsu 3rd class soldier 😃.
This is your third bottle 🤗Some people say that Nanamizu is the best Omachi in Sake no Wa 😋You went to a good liquor store👍.
I was in Sapporo on business. I picked up this sake at Mitsukoshi because I really wanted to drink Hokkaido sake, even though I didn't have time to drink it. It is refreshing and clean rather than sweet and aromatic. I thought it would go well with Japanese food, so I served it with horse mackerel sashimi.
This is the second time I've had Black Phoenix 🔥 which I bought yesterday at a liquor store in Saru-Tochigi, and it's delicious 😋 without any particular reason in mind.
Good morning, third class clunker 😃.
Nozomu-san to Mita-san! Nice flow 🤗There are many liquor stores in Tochigi that sell these two bottles, so it's hard to guess where they are 😅.
The third brewery tour in Suwa is the Midori no Suiroku ❗️Sweet taste of Maihime with a refreshing finish ❗️Sashimi of sea bream served with roasted sake
Natsuho no Kaori from Itoh Sake Brewery❗️Shiraba Nishiki sake ❗️Shiraba-nishiki sake ❗️Sweet and refreshing, but with a sweetness that's perfect for summer 😋with seared deep-fried sardines on top
The first one from the tour of the breweries in Suwa is Yokobue❗️Yokobue is filled with the flavor of Miyamanishiki ‼️Dampling with edamame and a cool breeze
