Anyway, I thought it was an amazing color and an aging type, but was told it looked like wine. As it turned out, it was like wine. I heard that many people drink it hot, but it really tasted like wine. A new experience.
I've had the Ura-no-shinshin before, but it seems to be a medium-brew.
I don't remember the difference (lol) I don't want to drink Omote anymore, but Ura-nama sake is good because it's easy to drink. It just makes you drunk... 🙄.
In a word, thick! The taste of aging, intoxicating!
But I recognized that this sake is blended to achieve this taste. I guess it's a taste that sticks with those who like this one...
I was told by the restaurant that each person is limited to one cup.
It is not as sweet as I expected! But it's hard to describe how easy it is to drink, so it's a well-balanced sake. (I think it could be sweeter, though.)
I would say this animal series by Shinsei is very tasty, because the label is fashionable and also delicious.
Flax cat is sweet, but easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.
It seems to be a new brand from Iwate Meizou, the same company that makes Iwate Homare.
It has a gorgeous taste at the moment of drinking, followed by a tangy sourness.
Thanks for your comment, Jaynobi ✨
I looked it up and it looks like it's only sold at special dealers 🤔 I had no idea, but maybe it's rare that I happened to be able to drink it in Toyosu...
It's a Senkyu Kijoshu, I was told!
I looked at my camera roll and saw that I drank it once this month, but I don't remember it at all... lol!
I drank it again when I wasn't drunk and it's soooo good! It's not like a kijoshu, it's just plain sweet.
Two Rabbits is the best and strongest with a good label...
So a little sweet, fruity, refreshing and how easy to drink.
I have another bottle at home, so I will review it again!
I may have a lot of chances to drink sake from the westernmost part of Honshu these days.
The waitress who said she liked sweet sake said it was good, so I tried it! It's not as sweet as it sounds! It feels like you are getting drunk.
I know the name, Afri.
I don't know what happens if it's a Yamahai. I don't know, but at any rate, this one is interesting as shown in the photo on the back side: sweet, full, and sour. The sourness and sweetness has an aftertaste like calpis, which is the point to like it.
I don't have very good memories of Mutsu Hachisen because it was a shot of tome when I was tongue-tied...lol...and it's dry.
I thought, "It's a dry sake," but it was just opened at the store, and since it was a draft sake and it was orikara, I drank it and found it to be extremely tasty!
Of course it wasn't sweet, but the nigori flavor balanced it out. It's not sweet of course, but the nigori flavor balances out the sweetness, and the lack of alcohol is also nice.
The label is very attractive, isn't it?
It's not too sweet, not too much alcohol, and very easy to drink! It also has a bit of sourness, which I like a lot!
Oh, it tastes good even though it's a Hyogo sake! LOL (not my favorite)
It's not sweet by any means, but I liked the carbonated-like freshness of the raw sake and the orikara flavor that gave it the taste I prefer.
It says "nigori-zake" but it doesn't look too nigori-ish. It is refreshing and easy to drink, although there is a sense of alcohol.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a unique flavor that is hard to describe. I want to put it into words, but I can't think of any.
Precious sake. Not too sweet.
The western style label is eye-catching ✨.
By the way, my certifications for too sweet are "Misaki" and "Katsuyama Moto".
I call it Gouriki, is that correct?
As the name suggests, it is very...nigori sake.... The tenderness and sweetness are nice.
Yesterday I had a sudden thought and had it mixed with soda.
At first, I drank it half and half, and it was much lighter. It was a bit like a thin calpis soda, so maybe 30% carbonated soda is just right.
I remember drinking Toyobai when I first started this app. It was so delicious. The freshness of the sake, the cleanliness of the 55% polished rice ratio, and the fruity flavor!
For a few days, I was recommending it to other customers in the store and having them drink it too.
