Another strange label. I looked it up and found out that they like Star Wars lol I would like to drink X-Wing or Falcom just for the name. This 4.4 had a schwashy, slightly tasty, slightly acidic, easy drinking mouthfeel. My favorite! I thought so, but about halfway through, the umami started to assert itself and slowed down my progress.

Ichinokura sake received at the 10/1 Sake Day "Go Around" event. It is a sweet and sour fruit-like sake with 8 degrees of alcohol. It was like drinking a slightly diluted plum wine! Of course I like it, so I immediately bought a set to compare it with a liqueur mixed with plum and yuzu. The liqueur is sweeter, of course, lol.

I was having a drink at the restaurant when I saw a customer who came in because he saw this from outside. He drank it because he said he couldn't stand it, so I got in on the fun. Unlike the dry, light sake often found in Niigata, the taste of rice lingers in the bottle...just as the customer said. It was very easy to drink, with a full rice flavor and no lingering alcohol taste at all. I later tried it hot, and the smooth aftertaste and delicious rice flavor were wonderful.

Amego no Tsuki has this kanji label and a hiragana label, and the hiragana one is my favorite type with more sweetness, but this one is very tasty with the first impression of sweetness rather than sharpness. I mean, I was surprised at how fresh and delicious it tastes even though it is hiyaoroshi.

I drank last year's Hiran kijoshu again this year. I was allowed to compare it with nigori (nigori sake) version! Both are sweet like honey and have a nice aftertaste. This Cloudy was better with more of a schwashy feeling!

The day after I drank the Nanayo, I opened another bottle of Shinzo that I had bought. (Lovely bottle!) This one is also slightly sweet and clean, and like the Nanayo, it has a little waft of flavor that I'm noticing: ...... I know, it's a gassy feeling. Even after opening the bottle, it was still puffing and blowing when I opened it for about a week.
