From the moment you drink it, the acidity is assertive (though not strong) and the sweetness is on top of it, making it moderately easy to drink. The alcohol content is 13 degrees.
I don't like Hiraizumi itself that much, but I can't help but drink this cute label series from Concept Workers.
It has a refreshing taste, with a little sourness and sweet and sour (I don't know if it's pink grapefruit). (I don't know if it's pink grapefruit, though...)
Since it is a Hakkaisan, I thought it would be sharp and dry, right? I thought so, but it had a strong umami flavor. Rather than sharpness, it had a soft and beautiful mouthfeel.
Unmovable raw sake (and beware of opening the bottle!) I couldn't help but drink it! I drank it, and it tastes fizzy and fresh, but it's sour and tastes like pickles.
I wondered what the label was, but it was Kurogyu! The Kuro-gyu raw sake is delicious! Fruity and refreshing. It does not betray the impression I had when I drank it before.
What is this simply named sake that only comes out with a Simonetai image... and I thought it was Hachinohe Shuzo lol.
Nigori (nigori) active! This is the taste of fresh sake! This is the taste of fresh sake!
I picked it up because I thought it looked like a happy label, but I didn't realize there was a sake with a "tai" in its name!
The alcohol content is low and easy to drink.
Okuroku summer sake, Yamahai. The one I had before was fruity and delicious! But this one has more umami and acidity. (Is this Yamahai's characteristic? I don't know.)
I guess it's a turtle because it's made from Kame-no-o'o...
The floral label is a Mother's Day present. It's a flower yeast and it's a sake that bears the name of Raifuku. I bought it for Christmas, but I couldn't resist and opened it already.
It tastes just like Raifuku with a sweet aroma.
I got this from a friend who gave me the product name "Masuichi" in English, and it has a strong ...... personality! The umami and cemedine smell spreads. If this was the first sake I had ever had, I would have hated sake.
Raifuku Concept Workers' Selection, Chilled and Delicious Series.
It is cute and sweet like Raifuku, but you can also feel the alcohol. Like the green apple Raifuku, it's not cute at all lol.
Namo yeast, Junmai ...... Whoa! Sweet! Nice!
It has a clean aftertaste and can be recommended to light drinkers, which belies the ruggedness of the label.
I always wondered how much yeast could change the taste!
I always wondered how much yeast could change the taste, but I didn't realize how winey it was... very juicy!
They said it's Akaban Omachi's cargo tag sake! And it's freshly squeezed! It has a strong sweetness!
But it doesn't have the fresh and fruity feeling of the first time I drank it 🤔....
I had heard of Hayashi Honten...what was it? I looked it up and found that it was the brewery of Hyakujuro.
It has a balance of sweetness and umami, and tastes like sake.
Good evening 😁I saw Pag La Belle and was torn between it and the other two, but I prioritized the Koshi's light nigori and Shikishima, and since they said there were still a few Pag La Belle left, I decided to wait until next time.
