I've had the Ura-no-shinshin before, but it seems to be a medium-brew.
I don't remember the difference (lol) I don't want to drink Omote anymore, but Ura-nama sake is good because it's easy to drink. It just makes you drunk... 🙄.

I was told by the restaurant that each person is limited to one cup.

I don't have very good memories of Mutsu Hachisen because it was a shot of tome when I was tongue-tied...lol...and it's dry.
I thought, "It's a dry sake," but it was just opened at the store, and since it was a draft sake and it was orikara, I drank it and found it to be extremely tasty!
Of course it wasn't sweet, but the nigori flavor balanced it out. It's not sweet of course, but the nigori flavor balances out the sweetness, and the lack of alcohol is also nice.
