This is the last sake we purchased for the Kanagawa Sake Brewery Tour. This sake is made from local Isehara sake rice and is a refreshing drink that goes well with summer.
I purchased this sake after hearing the explanation that it is a special sake that uses local hydrangea as yeast and sake instead of water for brewing to make the best use of the yeast. I thought it would be a sweet sake with a sake strength of -29, but it was a delicious sake with a rich aroma and just the right amount of sake flavor.
