Delicious. The umami (and spiciness on the second day) spreads over the palate. At the end of drinking, the sake's typical aroma spreads quickly and the taste disappears. It is truly delicious.

The flavor, the spiciness, the sweetness, and the aroma were all great.
It comes in easily, but soon has a tangy, spicy taste and aroma. The aftertaste leaves a sweet and umami taste of rice.
I served it with shiitake mushrooms fried in butter and soy sauce as a side dish, or I think it goes well with any dish.
