Rishu
The other day I got a bottle of Senbazuru sake that was so good that I went looking for it again today. I asked the owner of the sake shop and bought this sake.
It has a strong sweetness and umami. The aroma is gorgeous and the sourness is delicious. It goes well with white meat sashimi.
