つかIt's not a Risshun morning brew, but lol. Very tasty! It's fruity but crisp. What does it mean to be crisp? There are some that are not sweet, and there are some that have a refreshing acidity. This sake is the acidic type. Sake is difficult. It's good because it's delicious, though.

つかFirst time I drank it, just lucky I could afford it. It's such a delicious drink! Fragrant but not too strong Sweet, but with a clean aftertaste. It's like a 90+ on every palate! I wonder when I'll be able to buy it again. I'd like to buy a bottle if possible.

つかFlax Cat Spark that I got really lucky with at the liquor store. I thought it would be sweet because of the foam, but the sourness tightened up the taste and it wasn't overpowering! It's the kind of bad guy that makes you finish the bottle before you know it!
