I was drawn to the flask... I've never had a solid drink of Wind Forest before! When I opened both bottles, the lids flew off to the beginning of the room, the power of fermentation is terrifying. As the back label says, the pink is sweet and the green is complex and calm. Both are delicious. The key is the assemblage, but it's so good to begin with that it tastes good no matter what ratio you mix it in... Personally, I prefer pink:green = 2:1. In the end, I drank it without mixing it anymore... Because it's delicious!

I found Murasuke at the liquor store I always go to! I couldn't resist picking it up. It was my first time. The first day, I had a strong impression that it was sweet because of the alcohol in it. After the second day, it was peach! The aroma is wonderfully peachy. Such a chic look, but inside you are young and soft... I hope to meet her again!

I'm Shirakihisa from Kyoto. I heard it was good at some point and was curious about it! I went to a liquor store and found this sake! I bought it when I came across it! The Hanafuda label is wonderful. The taste is refreshing with a strong acidity. It has a moderate alcohol aftertaste and disappears quickly. Delicious. I want to drink it again!

This is Kanoya from the Machida Sake Brewery in Gunma! This is the first time I've seen a sake with this label! It tastes like white grapes! Surprisingly, it tasted the same as Mutsu Hassen's Nouveau! It's amazing how similar they are, even though they are different inland and at sea. I wonder if the water and rice are the same? At any rate, I like it very much! I will buy it again sometime!

I've wanted to drink this sake since I read about it in dancyu. Apparently, this is the first sake from a new brewery in Fukushima. I'm so grateful. It's the "man's sake" of the sea! It makes me want to eat fish! It's a bit past the season, but I should have bought some scallops! Mutsu Hassen is also a sake of the sea, but it is fruity, so I want to drink Banjo Kotobuki with fish, so I will ask for another chance!

For the first time ever, I got to buy an honorary chrysanthemum! Thanks, I've been curious about it for a long time. When I opened the bottle, I thought it would be gassy, but when I drank it, it wasn't. It's just light and airy. The sweetness is subdued, yet honey-like and thick. The sourness in the back and the light woody aroma hold it together. It also has a bit of a lactobacillus-like aroma. I can see why it's so popular, it's so good! It's hard for us to buy all kinds, so I hope we can buy it when we have a chance.

I bought a bottle of sake from Mie Prefecture, one I've been curious about for a while. First of all, the alcohol content is 18 degrees, which is not so bad. To be honest, I thought it would be a bit harsh. But when I drank it, it was fresh and sweet. This was a surprise. The aftertaste is definitely alcoholic, but it's not harsh. The aftertaste is like a good horseradish, it comes and goes quickly. And the aftertaste is fruity and fragrant. Personally, I think it smells like watermelon. It was even better than I expected!

This is a sake from Hirosaki, Aomori. It's been in the refrigerator for about two months. It smells like apple yogurt, and has a bit of a fermented feel. The taste is light and calm. It has a sweetness like strawberries. It is easy to drink. It is fruitiness like Tsugaru.

This is Miya Kanbai, a sake that brings spring to your heart. It is said that the sake was brewed with the flower yeast which was accidentally obtained from the Miyatsubaki tree in the garden of the brewery. Indeed, it smells like camellia! It's interesting. I was shocked when I first heard about the flower yeast. Sake is a product of nature, isn't it? This sake is also sweet and sour, and has the scent of flowers. It is easy to drink, with little sweetness left in the mouth. Cherry blossoms have started to bloom around our house, it's spring! Personally, Miya Kanbai is my favorite sake in Miyagi, so I'm looking forward to drinking it again this year.

It is pink and spring-like Ryuki. It's sweet and sour, and it's more like a moony spring that I draw in my head than a real spring. I don't understand it well lol. I think it's a little too sweet for me, I prefer drinks that are a little more refreshing.

It's been ten years since the disaster, and I was wondering what kind of drink I should have on this day. I'm from Hachinohe City in Aomori Prefecture. I also experienced the earthquake in my hometown. So I really wanted to drink some local Hassen, so I bought some. We mustn't forget about the disaster, so let's all be careful! This is the first time I've seen Ura-Hassen! According to my research, it's a blend of Arabashiri and Tameshige from Hanaimuki Junmai Daiginjo. I guess that's what makes it more piquant and drinkable than the usual Hassen. It has a wild feeling for Hassen which has a gentle and clear taste. But I like it because I feel satisfied with it. I still recommend Hassen as the best. I'll be following Hassen this year too!

I was lucky enough to be able to buy another one... It is very delicious. I felt it was more gassy than the Senbon Nishiki I drank the other day. Also, after a day, the sweetness seems to have taken effect. This sweetness is also quite nice and not overpowering. I thought as I drank it that it had that gentle sweetness that comes out when you chew rice all the time. Sake Mirai rice is also very nice, and I'd like to try other sake from Sake Mirai. I hope I can meet both Zijima and Sake Mirai again!

It was my favorite flavor of late. The freshness and fruity grapiness of the raw sake is well expressed. It's light enough to drink as much as you want, but rich enough to make it worth drinking. It is really delicious! Please drink it! The name of the sake is difficult to read.

It has a refreshing taste typical of No.6 yeast. At least that's what I can say, if you come to Yamagata, you have to go to this liquor store.

Yesterday was my birthday, and I've been thinking about this drink for a long time. There's a hole in the lid, so it makes a squeaky sound when you open it! But when I drank it, the taste of the rice won out over the foam. The brewer said that it was a fine green banana shake, and it tasted exactly like that! The aftertaste is sour and bitter, and it's refreshing! It's good at the first sip! Rather than that, when I noticed it, I thought it was gone. Senkou is delicious after all!
