This is Miya Kanbai, a sake that brings spring to your heart.
It is said that the sake was brewed with the flower yeast which was accidentally obtained from the Miyatsubaki tree in the garden of the brewery.
Indeed, it smells like camellia!
It's interesting. I was shocked when I first heard about the flower yeast.
Sake is a product of nature, isn't it?
This sake is also sweet and sour, and has the scent of flowers.
It is easy to drink, with little sweetness left in the mouth.
Cherry blossoms have started to bloom around our house, it's spring!
Personally, Miya Kanbai is my favorite sake in Miyagi, so I'm looking forward to drinking it again this year.
