Today, I went to Chino City, my former place of residence. I went for a drive because my car, which I purchased at a car dealership in Chino City, was due for a routine inspection! This time, I held out for Suwa Gozo and stocked up at home. I had a bottle of Reijin Junmai Ginjo along with the Sanzokuyaki that I procured at the supermarket. After all, the Kirigamine subterranean water from the Suwa area is delicious.
My parents traveled to Ueda last year and finally opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei, which they had received as a gift! I had seen many comments about how delicious it was, and now I finally had a chance to taste it. I see! This fruity flavor is no wonder it is so captivating. The taste is different from both Suwa Gozo and Hokushin no Sato!
Jay & Nobby, I got a referral from a local, so I stopped by and it was quite popular! I stopped by and found out how popular it was! I'm sure it's very popular!
It has been a while! I am Aura of Hama, the leader of the group. It's been a while since I've posted here, as I decided to go into Nagano on Friday to have my car inspected. Shinshu Neko Masamune" by Maihime Shuzo. It's a cute label for cat lovers. ♪ It has a refreshing taste that will heal your master. You could say it is the healing type of Suwa Gozo!
I recently visited Nakano City in Hokushin and purchased a bottle of "One Drop Two Drops" from the Shigaizumi Sake Brewery! Made with Kijimadaira sake rice. Easy to drink, balanced!
Happy New Year! I am the leader of the "Zukudase! I am the leader of the "Sake of Shinshu" group! We will continue to love Nagano sake in the New Year and look forward to serving you in the New Year. The first sake of the new year is Suwa's Reijin Junmai Ginjo! I made it with Kikkoman's Uchi-no-Gohan Fluffy Chicken with Spiced Negi-Dare as a snack.
We visited the "Shinshu Sake Museum Yurakuan" at Yokoya Onsen in Chino City! The specialty of this place is a collection of sake labels from all the sake breweries in Nagano Prefecture! (Since it is not possible to have all the brands due to the specifications, we chose Reijin-sama, a large bottle of sake representing the Suwa area.)
Tsubu-chan, since you have just opened and have been learning a lot and aspiring to further improve its attractiveness, this is a great recommendation!
I see that Mr. Sieg Jikon has been paying attention to this place! I have been wanting to introduce this spot to you for a while, so let's keep promoting it!
At the end of last month, I visited one of the five Suwa breweries, Maaihime Shuzo, for a long time and tasted their "Suiro" junmai ginjo-genshu, which I liked and purchased "Alps Yeast". This gem is made with sake rice, water, and yeast from Nagano Prefecture.
It is delicious when lightly chilled!
Standing Sake Brewery "Tachinomifuku", a new spot where you can enjoy 🍶 drinking comparison within Hiroshima Prefecture, was established in Hiroshima Airport last month! This time we visited Kure and Takehara cities, so we chose their drinking comparison, "Hiroshima Tasting Sake Set (Sea)"! Representing three carefully selected brands from breweries on the sea side, Kure's Amego no Tsuki. Dry but with a slight sweetness, it is a definite pairing with Kure's famous Gansu! This restaurant is also available for individual orders, and you can also enjoy Takehara City's Taketsuru Sake Brewery, etc. How about this to end your trip to Hiroshima!
First visit to Kure City on a trip to Hiroshima. Purchased a cup of "Senpuku" sake from Kure's sake brewer Miyake Honten at Yume Town in front of the Yamato Museum. It is refreshing and easy to drink! For snacks, we picked up some curry rice crackers from the Navy! They are flavored to go well with 🍶.
Zukudase! Thank you for your contribution and participation in Sake of Shinshu! From me, the Lord, after a long time!
This is Hakuba Nishiki "Hyoujunshu" from Usui Shoten, a sake brewery in Omachi City. Hyakumei means "ice pillar standing upside down". It is brewed with glacial bamboo shoot water from Kurobe and has a refreshing taste!
Junmai Ginjo from Reijin, one of the five Suwa breweries. It has a clean and gentle taste. The blue bottle and the blue label are a landmark! Today, I paired it with a cut type ehomaki and an Okinawan pork-tamago onigiri!
Invited to my parents' house, I visited and paired it with Yamagata's Imoni, a Japanese sake from Yamagata called "Aradama".
A special junmai sake made from Yamagata Prefecture's sake rice, "Koudou Shinko"! A balance of cleanness and richness that is as good as thick taro stew... ♪
Snow Monkey" junmai nigori sake from Tamamura Honten, a sake brewery in Shiga Kogen in northern Shin. Found this nigori-zake the other day on the way back from a trip to see the monkey scenery in Jigokudani! Dry but easy to drink! And we love Shinshu's 🍶 so much that we have now founded a group! Zuku-dase! We are a group specializing in sake from Nagano Prefecture, called "Sake from Shinshu". We hope you will join us when you drink sake from Shinshu.
The second cup was MIYASAKA from Miyasaka Shuzo, one of the five Suwa breweries! MIYASAKA is a freshly squeezed, undiluted sake. The design on the label is said to be based on the number 7 yeast strain.
