ハマのオーラ
I went to Tsuruga in Fukui Prefecture, Hokuriku! I was supposed to visit a yakitori restaurant, but it was closed for a temporary vacation, so I went to Toribia, which serves grilled chicken! Here we found Hayaseura Junmai. It is said that local fishermen drink it with fish, but it also goes well with Omi birds and ducks! It has a sweetness and light acidity, with a pleasant richness and bitterness that you can feel at the back of your tongue. It is also good to taste it in the style of a water-drinking bird!
