ハマのオーラ
I am traveling in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Green Label, which I chose on a hunch at an izakaya I entered. It has the sweetness of pure rice, but also has a sharp taste. It complements sea bream sashimi and the famous stewed fish.
