Well, I can conquer all kinds (the train shakes are going to get me 😅).
At first, there's a twang of alcohol taste, then it eases slightly into a nigori.
Basically, it has a strong alcohol taste.
If it's not cloudy, it's going to come directly to you.
Some people may not like it, but it is delicious and has the feeling of being a honjozo sake.

It's getting to be a pain in the ass as I have to move around the shaky car to get it poured!
Hokushinryu Kinmon-nishiki
I think Kinmon-nishiki's presence has waned since Yamae-nishiki came out, but I think it was produced only in Kijimadaira? However, it is a rare sake rice produced only in Kijimadaira, so it is still used in the lines that put a lot of effort into it (maybe).
It is a dry sake with moderate acidity and a low sweetness!
It is a dry sake with moderate acidity and low sweetness, and its sharpness is good during a meal.
Delicious!

The sake taste that comes with a twinge may be from the raw sake?
The umami that comes with a zing!
There is also a regular jungin so we can compare later 😃.
It's delicious!!!
I'm ready to drink it with warm water!

This one seems to be a limited edition sake from the less familiar Hokushin style, Akagane.
It has a dry impression with a crisp acidity and a lingering aftertaste rather than a sharp taste.
Delicious too!

One person participated in the Nagaden Sake Train.
The breweries are different each day, but today it's Imai Sake Brewery and Matsubaya Honten!
I'm not familiar with sake breweries in the Nagano area, so I'm looking forward to it!
The first glass, Wakaroku Special Honjozo Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake!
It has a strong umami flavor and is very penetrating!
Delicious!
Now let's go to the next one!
