Taste: Sweet in the mouth, no change from start to finish.
Note: I've had more than 7 of these already, and would have loved this sake 4 or 5 years ago, so it's my first choice for a beginner's sake drinker. After trying a lot of different sakes, I would like something different or not too sweet. But if you're having a meal with friends, this is the first choice, and it's a solid sake that won't go wrong.

Taste: balanced and refreshing, needs to be savored slowly. When you first taste it, you will think it is mild, but after it stays in your mouth, the rice flavor comes out. It goes well with sushi.
Note: This 14th generation is only available to restaurants, so it's not the most classic 14th generation, but it's a good one.

Note: The standard of otter sacrifice has been maintained, and I have drunk many kinds of otter sacrifice, my favorite is 2.3 points. This new "New Life" has a similar taste to 2.3 points.

Note: four or five years ago when I drank Sanskrit, I would love the sweetness of Sanskrit, but now, I will find it a kind of "deadly sweet" feeling, can not drink more, not suitable for pouring for Madhyamika.
