I couldn't help but yell ❣️ "delicious❣️" 💕 my favorite 💕. It's thick, not sour and has a clean aftertaste❣️. This sake is going to be a great start to the year✨!

The closing sake for 2022 is Shinmasa Suiboku Ash I chose this as a special occasion because it had been sitting in the fridge for half a year (too good to drink). One sip and you feel "it's the acidity of Shinsei💕". It is definitely delicious. I think I will be able to pass the year happily. I wish everyone at Sake-no-Wa and myself a happy new year! Ganki" arrived with the "Anraku Island Oysters" from the Hanpukai pairing. It is the best time to drink it. It arrived in December after being changed with the sake scheduled for January. It is really delicious. It is a light and refreshing sake with a good amount of sweetness and acidity. The bubbles are not too strong and it is not too cloudy and easy to drink 💕. My favorite! Will be a repeat purchase 🎶. The oysters were steamed with sake (I steamed them with Toyobai sake) and they were very tasty thanks to Toyobai as well 😊.

I bought this sake 🍶 as a souvenir from Kobe. (I couldn't make it to Nada 😭) Not much sweetness, just a bit of sourness. Sake that can be drunk neatly. I tried it at room temperature. It was a little strong for me. I wonder if it will become easier to drink after some time.

The sake we drank at the Akashiyaki restaurant 🍶. There was a Hakutsuru sake. I was attracted by the name and ordered it. It was a sake from Aichi Prefecture. It was not so sweet. It was a mildly cloudy sake like makgeolli. It was low alcohol, but I was tired from walking, so I was a little tipsy 🥰.

I bought this limited edition brewery sake at the Chitose Tsuru Museum 🍶. You can have it bottled on the spot 😊. Sakekasu soft serve 🍦 while they fill the bottles The best sakekasu soft serve I've ever had. The most delicious soft serve I've ever had. The sake is also delicious and you can't help but sip it! The perfect balance of sour and sweet for my liking❣️ I wish I had bought more 😭

This is another one that was waiting in the fridge. I know it feels like it's coming on the nose. It's still a good cup! Mellow and sweet 👍. I drank it after eating a side dish and the sweetness increased! I wonder if this is what they mean when they say it goes well with ❗️.
