Ganki" arrived with the "Anraku Island Oysters" from the Hanpukai pairing. It is the best time to drink it. It arrived in December after being changed with the sake scheduled for January. It is really delicious. It is a light and refreshing sake with a good amount of sweetness and acidity. The bubbles are not too strong and it is not too cloudy and easy to drink 💕. My favorite! Will be a repeat purchase 🎶. The oysters were steamed with sake (I steamed them with Toyobai sake) and they were very tasty thanks to Toyobai as well 😊.

Eririn yes 🙋♀️ I know it's a luxury to steam sake in Toyobai 😆. But I heard it's different if you cook meat with good sake 💕 It's still delicious 🦪. I wonder if muddy sake tastes especially good in winter?
