A punchy nigori sake that does not lose any of its alcohol content when served on the rocks. It is both refreshing and drinkable, but may be dangerous when your body is fatigued from the summer heat.
The lactic acidity of the sake's nama yeast yeast yeast and the slight effervescence of the oligarami give the sake a refreshing, yogurt-like taste. The sweetness is not too strong and well balanced.
