We had it again, Yoshida Kura u Kijoshu.
This time it is a fire-aged version.
Compared to the nama-shu version, it has a calmer and richer flavor.
However, the wild and rich flavor that I felt in the nama-shu version was still there, and the taste was very complex.
Personally, I preferred the nama-shu version, but it is also excellent.
I love Yoshida Sake Brewery and their sake, so I will continue to have it.
