I brought this to a sake party with friends.
We had this sake and Shitaizumi. Also,
The Shidaisen was very good, with the umami of rice that is typical of sake.
And this Jikin has a beautiful mouthfeel, and it goes in easily and soaks through.
Perhaps it is the Gohyakumangoku rice, but the umami of the rice is restrained.
It was the complete opposite of what I expected from a sake, and I felt the breadth of sake.
After that, I had a gin and tonic, and it was a day of drinking a lot of sake.
