This is the second sake from Imadeya's hanpukai for November.
The last time I had it, I thought it had a light yet delicious sake-like flavor.
After only half a year, it has changed to a rich flavor, lol.
The rice flavor is also very good, and the classic taste is very delicious.
I chose the two-bottle hanpukai set this time, and it was worth the choice to get the two-bottle set because the taste has changed so much.
It is rare to find such a difference in taste.
I am looking forward to the other second sakes.
