パーム農家
Kaisen's summer sake.
It was also served at the "Nishitama Sake and Sakeware Party" co-hosted by Tamura Sake Brewery, Ishikawa Sake Brewery, and Ozawa Sake Brewery, which I attended the other day. It was a truly enjoyable event.
I could not taste it coolly at that time, but it had a fresh aroma like green plums, and a spicy, bitter taste. It had a spicy, bitter taste with a nutty richness. I'm afraid I'm going to get addicted to this nutty, rich taste of Kasen.
