This is a very cool Sawanoi Junmai Genmai sake.
The aroma is understated and refreshing, but has a slightly cucumbery sweetness to it. The taste is also softly sweet, but it is wrapped tightly with astringency, strength, and a touch of alcohol. It looks delicious on the rocks...
So I drank the second glass with pure ice on top.
Oh, oh, oh... This seems to be a standard Junmai Dai-harakuchi, but it is not Junmai Dai-harakuchi. What a sweet and clear Junmai Dai-harakuchi... The sweetness that was soft and fluffy is now clearly defined. This is another enjoyable sake.
