Unlike the fresh fruity red/blue label, it has a slightly stronger sake feel. I wonder if this feeling is 'behind the scenes' ⁉️ It is also Mutsuhachisen that the label represents the taste well.
After the second day, the sweetness, acidity, umami, and bitterness increase, and it has a gorgeous taste that is hard to believe it is a Junmai Daiginjo.
