Found Hanaizumi at Queen's Isetan! Oh, Hanazumi goes outside of Fukushima~? I like Hanazono. First of all, I like the label. And of course, I like the taste. It has a slightly savory aroma...mushroom and nutty. It's a solid junmai sake with a mushroomy, full-bodied flavor. Is it a mature sake according to the label? A very satisfying bottle with a heavy flavor.

As a Mutsuhachi fan, this is the first seasonal product of the year that you can't miss. Unlike the fresh fruity red/blue label, it has a slightly stronger sake feel. I wonder if this feeling is 'behind the scenes' ⁉️ It is also Mutsuhachisen that the label represents the taste well. After the second day, the sweetness, acidity, umami, and bitterness increase, and it has a gorgeous taste that is hard to believe it is a Junmai Daiginjo. No wonder it is so popular 😃.
