Aizu Otokoyama times given to me by my parents on my birthday. The label design gives a sense of tranquility and coolness. The aroma is modest and not very pleasant. The flavor is not fruity, but it is delicious, with a sweet and sour, modern taste, but with the robustness of Junmai. If it had a bit more bitterness and spiciness, it might taste like Tenmei's former summer sake, Sarasara Junmai...
