Aroma of cedar, soft and light mouthfeel, dry and squeezed with a hint of sweetness and umami, and a slight burnt bitterness. It has a gentle mouthfeel and is easy to drink. Goes well with sushi.
It has a coarse sweetness and a strong dryness followed by an apricot bitterness.
It was produced by a tin sake store and made with only Yamada Nishiki from the Matsuzawa district, a special A district. The tag team was the Tsubosaka Sake Brewery of Mt. I learned again the depth of Hyogo's sake.
Rich acidity, creamy peach aroma, strong hot dryness, and bitterness that lingers on the tongue. Each component of the flavor is extremely swinging and lively.
