It has a coarse sweetness and a strong dryness followed by an apricot bitterness. It was produced by a tin sake store and made with only Yamada Nishiki from the Matsuzawa district, a special A district. The tag team was the Tsubosaka Sake Brewery of Mt. I learned again the depth of Hyogo's sake.
