Miyano no Yuki at a famous Ise Udon noodle restaurant There, samesame sauce is served as a side dish. In addition, Ise udon noodles and rice with bonito-flavored bonito-flavored rice Yamaguchiya is proud of its lineup of Mie sets! It is thick but has a nice sharpness, so it leaves you feeling refreshed afterwards! The samesame sauce is a perfect partner! All of this is made in Mie!

The label is on the sake upside down, but since this is a picture of the glass taken with the food, you can't tell the difference. It has a distinctly dark and spicy reputation, but the depth of flavor and richness is well-defined. So it seems to go very well with seafood. We had it with shirasu (baby sardines), iwagaki (oysters), and clams.

The spiciness of this sake is just like a bonfire of fire. It goes really well with fried mehikari. Above all, I feel as happy as if it were my own for the success of Yamazaki Goshi's brewery opening. The world is back. I'll start my own work tomorrow. Thank you for giving me courage.

It has a strong acidity and peculiar taste, but that is good. The aftertaste lasts for a long time and has depth. This is a great sake!

It has a crisp throat, followed by a refreshing sweetness, and a refreshing yet strong aftertaste. The thin, muddy feel of the sake enhances the enjoyment of kurabiraki.
