I came to Nagoya on a highway bus for the first time in over 20 years✨
Since the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen line, access from Hokuriku to Nagoya has become worse, and the original highway buses have increased their service and expanded their routes, so the estimated time required from my hometown is about the same as 30 minutes, and the highway bus is half the price.
After getting off at Nagoya station, I went to Takashimaya, Mitsukoshi, Nagoya IMADEYA, and then to Sakae, the center of Nagoya.
Kuromatsu Shiraga Honjozo Nama-Stored Sake
The aroma is mellow and mildly alky, with a hint of sweetness and a clean, crisp flavor that fades away as soon as you taste it.
The restaurant recommends [Tuna Sashimi] 🐟️
The fresh, gentle and refreshing flavor that does not interfere with the deliciousness of the tuna goes well with the intoxicating taste.
This restaurant was featured on the official website of Sapporo Lager Beer [Akaboshi Tanteidan], so in a sense, it is a "sacred place for Akaboshi." If you dip the restaurant's recommended [shrimp cutlet] in the sauce of [beef tendon baked on the bank], you will have an original Nagoya-meshi that is not on the menu 🤣.
Now, let's see how far we can go with real-time updates 😁.

Hi Jive 😀
We visited Atsuta Shrine in Nagoya first thing in the morning and then started our sake brewery tour in Mie, so we must have been on the wrong thread 🤣.
We really wanted to stop by a sake shop in Nagoya, but we had to give up because there was no room in the cellar 😅.

Hi Yasubeyesan!
I was actually thinking of having lunch there at first because there is a Chinese restaurant next to Atsuta Jingu that I used to frequent when I was a student 😁.
[I'm sure you'll be able to find a good selection next time ✨.

Hi ma-ki-chan!
I spent my school days in Nagoya, but I didn't have much drinking experience, so I went to an art exhibition that I wanted to see 😁.
Well, I drank a lot this time too 🤣.

Hi, Mr. Noodle Sake King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
When I was a student, I used to drink at home all the time, but now that I'm a drinker, I find a different charm when I go there 😁.
The red miso culture including miso katsu, eel, kishimen noodles, pasta with starchy sauce, and many other delicious gourmet foods!
