On April 5, I went to the Spring New Sake Festival. The weather was fine and there were many people this year. At first, I compared four kinds of sake and bought a four-pack bottle of Omachi unfiltered unpasteurized sake, which I found to be the most delicious. I drank it with my companion who went with me, and the bottle was empty. (#^. ^#) We returned home while viewing the cherry blossoms along the Gojo River.

It will be the Honjozo of Isobeki that we bought at the brewery's direct sales outlet on our last day in Nagoya. It was served cold 🍶. The aroma is modest and sweet on the nose. It has a full-bodied sweet flavor, which is typical of Isobeki, but it has a light aftertaste, just like a honjozo. However, it has a light aftertaste as is typical of a honjozo. The four-pack bottle is priced at 1,320 yen and has excellent cost performance. It was a good sake for a meal. It was delicious 🍶✨️
