きりん
Rice and grapes Koshu
A clean, sweet aroma.
The aroma is different from that of ginjo, and has a hint of sweet and sour, like that of freshly pressed white grapes.
The taste is also like fresh white grapes, with not too strong sweetness coexisting with a good acidity, followed softly by a sake-like flavor.
It has a strange taste, somewhere between wine and sake.
Technically speaking, it is not sake, but a craft saké.
It has a strong sweetness but a clean aftertaste, making it a very good sake for a meal.
