きりん
Tsuchida 12
The aroma is soft and full-bodied, like rice cakes.
In the mouth, light acidity and a soft sweetness spreads. The sweetness characteristic of thick sake, but not harsh, is probably due to the low alcohol content.
It has no fruity flavor, but is easy to drink anyway. It has a pleasant sweetness that is one step short of being sweet, and it is the kind of sake that makes one's hand move easily as one drinks it.
It goes very well with rich foods such as tofu marinated in miso and cream cheese.
