Sake tasting No.174 Yellow iris
The aroma is nearly odorless. It has a slightly sweet aroma like cooked rice.
The taste is just very explosive.
When opened, it has a strong umami and sweetness with a gusto, and finally the acidity leaves and disappears quickly.
I thought it was like a fireworks display.
Rather than pairing it with food, I would rather enjoy it by itself.
