This is the third commemorative purchase for a visit to Ise Shrine. The brewery was recommended to me as "a brewery with a solid taste. I told him I like fresh sake, and he recommended this one. I went to Ise Shrine to pay a visit. On the way home, I stopped by a nice liquor store in my neighborhood and bought a few bottles of Mie sake. And the first one. A new sake from Saku! This is delicious! Perfect for my freshness-loving self. There were other kinds, but I'm glad I chose this one. It's only available now ^_^. ...Oh, I didn't mean to drink it with Akafuku.

My son who lives in Fushimi bought this for his birthday! He asked the owner of the sake shop what kind of sake he liked. It was a delicious sake with a spiciness that peeked through the softness that is typical of Fushimi! Thank you! I served it with some seaweed that my daughter bought as a souvenir from her school trip to Hiroshima. Ahh, good sake 🍶😊.
