Light mouthfeel and beautiful flavor.
Not fruity, but you can taste the umami and sweetness of the rice.
Can be drunk at room temperature.
Personal preference: 4.2/5
The aroma is sake itself, but the taste is sweet and sour like strawberry
Despite its appearance, it was smooth and easy to drink.
It has a fizzy taste, and the supernatant has an amazake-like flavor.
An unusual sake, but one that is very sophisticated in both appearance and taste.
Personal preference: 4.3/5
Strong sweet aroma like muscat
Slightly gassy, soft sweetness and umami
At first, I thought it was a refreshing sake, but later the rich, fruity sweetness spread out.
It is different from popular sake with sweetness spreading from the first sip.
Personal preference: 4.6/5
Jungin Doroguchi, which will be sold at the end of this season
Fruity aroma
The umami of rice, apple-like sweetness, and the bitterness that comes later are in harmony, making it very palatable and easy to drink!
It would be a shame to never be able to drink it again!
Personal preference: 4.8/5
Fresh aroma, fruity sweetness and acidity.
Compared to Jikin and Kuheiji, it has a stronger acidity and is one step inferior in terms of modernity (partly because it is a junmai sake).
Sake with a nice crispness that is typical of sake in a good sense.
Personal preference: 4.6/5
Limited Reservations
Luxurious sweetness, deliciousness and moderate bitterness
Slightly gassy
Great sake on its own or with a meal
Personal preference: 5.0/5
