It is different from popular sake with sweetness spreading from the first sip.

Compared to Jikin and Kuheiji, it has a stronger acidity and is one step inferior in terms of modernity (partly because it is a junmai sake).

Purchased because of the unique label design
Slightly fruity aroma.
It's Yamahai, but it has no peculiarities at all and is very easy to drink.
It is simple and clear.
If I had to say more, I would say umami and acidity.
Overall, it is one of the easiest to drink, but it is too simple and a little unsatisfying.
