If you drink it with fish, the bitterness disappears and the umami becomes more intense. It is not the kind of sake that can be bought at a discount price for one coin, so I am grateful for that. It was delicious. And the beer? A blue can of beer from Isekaku, It was a delicious beer with a slightly citrusy flavor. I thought to myself, "This beer is mostly citrusy and uninteresting, I thought that most of the beers were citrusy and not interesting. I wish there were more variations.

With expectation and anxiety I opened the bottle. The smell was neither fruity nor anything else. How does it taste?
