Sweet & Tangy -> Bitter (disappears in an instant) = Delicious The direction is similar to Machida Brewery. Machida is fresher and Amami is more modern and calm. I think Amami has a more refreshing aftertaste. I think Amami is easier to drink. Either way, I like it. It is delicious.

New sake for 2021. Great expectations at the liquor store for this one to be delicious. It's kind of apple-like. Sweet aroma with a bit of greenness and and a refreshing taste. The aftertaste is very refreshing. It is a good sake that lives up to my expectations. The price is reasonable and the cost performance is excellent.

There is no way it could not be delicious in terms of specs. Beautiful, clear sake. Elegant. Not a good cosmetic sake because of its high price. It's not cosy because of its high price, but it's a commemorative sake for the first time in a year.
