I was looking forward to the arrival of this sake. The timing of its arrival, like a Christmas present from the brewery, makes me happy! It is a sweet sake with no acidity and easy to drink. It is available only once a year by reservation only, so I wanted to drink it in small doses with care, but it was so delicious that it ran out quickly. See you next year.

It had been aged since 2020 and had no acidity and no horns, so it was like drinking something else, not a slightly sweet liquor. I would like to try the idea of laying down alcohol at home, but I have a cava in my fridge 😖.
