Silky, powdery, milky, creamy. Smooth and mellow, but not sweet and sharp. It's like an espresso latte. I like this type of drink. Of course, it goes well as a mealtime drink, and I think it is also possible to drink it in a glass at a leisurely time.

Chichibu Nishiki's craft sake series. The other day I commented on the Yamadanishiki one, but this time it's the Omachi. This one is delicious too! Silky and powdery rice flavor with banana flavor. This silky and powdery flavor is my favorite type of sake, so I would like to drink it again. The craft sake series is high quality. I will try the green label next.

This sake is from Ageo, Saitama Prefecture. This sake is commonly found in supermarkets around here. For some reason, the name "Ageo" and the atmosphere of the label had not stimulated my desire to buy it for many years, but for some reason I decided to buy it this time on a whim. As a result.... What? It's good! It has a very unique taste. It has a milky taste. It's in the rich, dry category. When you put it in your mouth, it starts with an old sake-like flavor suitable for warming, so you think it's this type, but this flavor expands in a different direction than you expect. It is milky. There is also a slight fruity aroma. It would go well with nabe or oden in the coming season. It is a nostalgic sake that is a little bit modernized version of traditional junmai sake. I hope you will try it and let me know what you think.

Tobiroki. This is delicious. It is like a sake that brings out the best of Yamada-Nishiki and enjoys Yamada-Nishiki. It is truly the royal road of sake. There is almost no fruity aroma. The first thing that comes out is a slight aroma of muscat, as if you had a clear stream in your mouth, and then the Yamada-Nishiki starts to come into its own. The soft and powerful flavor of rice spreads out. It was a good experience.

A crisp honjozo. It is delicious. It is best to drink it at a temperature of about 18 degrees Celsius. The rice flavor spreads in a smooth, clear stream like entry. There are no unnecessary aromas at all, and the pure flavor of the water and rice is all that is needed to make it a winner. Sake from Chichibu is delicious. Like Chichibu Nishiki, I would like to try other lineups of Mukou Masamune as well.

It is the new Otters. It's good! It is thicker than the normal otter, with a hint of banana flavor. It is a little more expensive than the normal Otter, but it is a full-powered Otter, which is very satisfying and cost-effective. It has a smooth entry, with an earthy aroma for a moment, followed by a well-balanced spread of tropical and sweet flavors including banana, and the delicious taste of rice. By the way, I bought it at Big Camera.

Delicious! This is the third bottle in the Chichibu Nishiki taste comparison. The label says it has a dry taste with a sake degree of +12. It starts with a slight sweetness of rice on the palate like a clear stream, and the umami spreads slowly. It ends with a powdery finish and lingering umami. The unnecessary flavors have been stripped away, and the water and rice can be fully appreciated. Recommended for those who like dry sake.

It is an alcoholic beverage that we often take care of. It is available at Big Camera and Aeon Mall. It has a dry but clean and powdery rice flavor that spreads softly and mellowly. The great thing about this sake is its cost performance! I think this is great for the price. Even if Bon is not a high-end lineup, you can buy it without any worries because it is always a high-cost sake. If there is nothing else that appeals to me, I will definitely pick up a bottle of Bon.

Purchased at a brewery. It may not be available very often. Delicious! The label says Pegasus is hiyaoroshi. Mellow and well-balanced. The taste is totally different from the Chichibu Nishiki we had the other day, and it doesn't have the heated tingle I don't like. I would buy it again if I can find it.

I don't drink brewed sake very often, but I remember Chichibu Nishiki's brewed sake was good, so I bought it. I'm not a big fan of heated flavors, but this one has a refreshing, not-so-pleasant taste. It doesn't have the alcohol taste that is typical of brewed sake. It was a sake with the image of a sacred sake.

I call it a clear stream type, but from the entry of the clear stream with a sense of transparency, a slight sangen sugar, acidity, and bitterness support the flavor of the rice as it gradually spreads. I felt that temperature is also important for this sake. I think it is about 18 degrees Celsius. It is too good at the best temperature. If it is too cold, it tastes sour.

I found it at a roadside station when I went out to Ibaraki. It says rose yeast on the label❨What is it❩? I'm not sure. In the mouth, it is like drinking a tropical flavored juice like pineapple or passion fruit. This is covered with azuki butter, which is typical of Aizan, and it's kind of a bright sake! It's like a bright sake! It is more like a sake to be enjoyed in a good mood with friends and family than to be enjoyed with sashimi. It's like a Dewars whiskey!

This is my favorite Kamonishiki sake. First the aroma of banana, followed by the azuki buttery rice flavor that covers the banana aroma. It is mild and creamy, like eating some kind of buttered dorayaki (but it is not a sweet sake). I don't think I have ever felt banana in Kamo Nishiki before. So I was surprised that Kamonishiki has this kind of expression.

It is light and dry. The taste of Miyamanishiki spreads gradually and softly, supported by the subtle sweetness of muscat and sangen sugar, followed by a well-balanced acidity. Temperature is important for this sake. The potential of this sake varies greatly depending on the temperature. We recommend serving it cold, close to room temperature. It is crisp but has a long aftertaste and is delicious. I think it is nice to have sake with a good aftertaste. I would like to drink it with sashimi of squid and strong wasabi in a quiet room with indirect lighting.

This is the first time I have had kudoki-geki. It starts with a juicy pineapple aroma, followed by a full-bodied, rich, mellow rice flavor. But I don't feel any dullness. It is a very well-balanced sake with a richness, and I think this sake can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter what your tastes are. In a good sense, it was a normal, easy-to-understand and tasty sake.

Dewazakura's raw sake. Muscat, Sanonto, juicy acidity, cucumber bitterness. Sakurabana is more balanced and complete, but this one has a freshness, youthful intensity, and maybe a bit of alcohol, as is typical of nama-shu. If you like Sakurabana and want a change of taste once in a while, I think this one is good too. I think it is a nama-shu that retains the goodness of sakurahana.

From Asahi Shuzo of Hakkaisan. I like Koshitanrei, so the combination of Asahi Shuzo and Koshitanrei was enough to make my decision immediately. The taste is like a thickened Koshi-tanrei to the maximum extent possible. I had an image of Koshitanrei as being relatively light, but this sake is definitely Koshitanrei, but it has a very milky taste. For a sample, I paired it with a manju with an apple-scented sweet bean paste, and it was quite a marriage. It is a wonder. This sake itself is not a sweet sake. However, it is a rich and milky sake that can be paired with Japanese sweets. It is interesting that it does not resemble Hakkaisan at all.

Sake of Saitama, by Saitama Prefecture residents, for Saitama Prefecture residents. The label's Saitama Pose, Saitama rice, and Arakawa subsoil water. It's not good. The taste was also very strong. When the bottle was first opened, it was so intense that it tasted like a distilled spirit, like a rice shochu. It is good to make it intense to match the label, but I thought this was too much. But strangely enough, on the second and third days, it became more and more relaxed, and it became a good balance of intense and full-bodied, but also mellow and mild.

Dewazakura Cherry Blossom after a long time. It was Otters that got me interested in sake and made me want to try more of it. Then I started buying and drinking sake on my own. At first I didn't know what I was doing and just picked and bought sake at random at the supermarket. At that time, I thought, "Oh, this one tastes good, too. It was the first sake that I chose by myself and thought it was very tasty. Now I know that it is called "Dewazakura Sakurabana," but I didn't know that at the time, so I was happy to have discovered a sake as delicious as Otters. I had such fond memories of this sake, but my taste for sake has changed, and I wanted to take a break from the raw sake that I tend to get. As a result, I found it to be, well, very tasty. The taste that impressed me when I was a beginner still tastes fresh and delicious today.
