あーくんOn a business trip to Sendai, I purchased a Sendai Station limited edition sake, named Sendai Ekimasamune. I did not expect much since it was displayed at room temperature at the station kiosk, but it was delicious, with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
I try to buy regional limited edition sake whenever I go on a business trip, and this kind of encounter makes me happy. Tigers1985I guess this is the limit on a crowded bullet train.
Sake is delicious.

I got it as a souvenir 🎁.
It was surprisingly dry and delicious.

I also made the sake cup red 🎶 to match the red label.

Taste and bitterness that makes your tongue chatter? Eggy taste? A unique taste with bapThe one I bought last year at Sendai station on the way back from a trip to Iwate and left it there.
Hitomebore 50% polished rice luxury hiyaoroshi
Banana-like and dry
Light and refreshing, with low acidity.
It has sweetness and bitterness in the back, so it is a sake to enjoy with food.
It's that time of year again when you want to go on a trip!
miz_hiro12Limited to Sendai Station. Made with Gin-no-Iroha. Aroma, sharpness and umami. choposhikaMy mother bought it for me as a souvenir from Miyagi. It was a Sendai Station limited edition.
It is dry and refreshing. It is good with Hoya, a souvenir from Sendai! うなろーThis is my favorite Sendai Ekimasamune from Katsuyama Shuzo.
The sake rice is said to be Gin-no-Iroha.
The expression is quite different from Katsuyama Sen.
It has a fresh and crisp rice flavor supported by lemon and pear flavors and acidity.
Still, it is strange that it tastes exactly the same as Katsuyama on the back.
It's like a light, cheerful sake, and I liked it for that! かなこQuite dry but fruity. Bitterness remains at the end.
Delicious! KazKazNice to meet you, Kanako!
I was curious about Sendai Yoku Masamune when I saw it on Izakaya Shinkansen✨.
I'll give it a try next time 🎵 GontaThe trip to Sendai is in its final stage. We are enjoying Ekimasamune on the Shinkansen train. It has a strong sweetness, but it also has a bit of astringency, so it goes perfectly with the sasa-kamaboko. ststA set of Sendai souvenirs from Yiku Masamune. The other bottle that was left over is now open!
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a juicy fruity aroma. It has a grape-like impression.
The mouthfeel is light and smooth, but it is more umami than expected, and the Hitomebore flavor spreads slowly throughout the mouth!
And the dry crispness is not to be outdone by the umami. This is totally my kind of taste ✨.
The sweetness in the umami is a good balance.
It flows more smoothly than the "Aihime" I had before, so I don't mind the aftertaste, and I can drink it easily 👍.
It has a great sharpness like a sword! The taste of "Aihime" is ladylike and the taste of "Masamune" is sharp, even though they are the same light type, and it was nice to feel their personalities like each other 🌙. ststI bought this on a day trip to Sendai in March!
Miyagi is also the home of sake, so it was hard to decide what to buy as a souvenir, but I was caught by the word "Sendai Station Limited" and bought it 👍.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, I found a fresh sweet aroma of green apples and pears. It has a smooth and clean texture on the palate. It is a standard light and dry type, but the sweetness that sometimes shows up is a nice accent!
It reminds one of muscat water and is easy to drink.
The hint of aroma is of plump rice, like when you drink amazake (sweet sake).
And while it has a sweet and mellow taste, the aftertaste is crisp and refreshing ✨.
A purity and softness that seems to melt into your body. This is a cup worthy of Dokuganryu's main room! I'm looking forward to another blue label 🌙 YanI received this as a gift from a colleague.
It is a sake commemorating the 150th anniversary of the establishment of Miyagi Prefecture.
It was very refreshing, but with a great umami flavor 😊. akipon0601I was curious about it after watching the TV drama Izakaya Shinkansen, and I found it on sale for a limited time at the Furusato Miyagi Plaza in Ikebukuro. I heard that it is usually sold only at Sendai station. It has a refreshing taste that goes well with food! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
