By the way, I got a set of Honjozo and Junmai from a hometown tax payment, and the manufacturing date was 2020.10 for Honjozo and 2022.10 for Junmai, even though the shipping date is 2022.11 for both. The Honjozo is matured for 2 years after bottling before shipping.
