Vacation during the first half of Golden Week.
I bought a bottle of Fukuoka's local sake at Kokura station and enjoyed it with my meal.
It was so gentle on the palate that the sake went smoothly into the mouth and quickly absorbed the flavors of the food.
The sweetness of the sake was elegant and did not interfere with the flavor of the food, making for a beautifully understated taste.
