This is, I think, one of my favorites ever. It had the best balance of sourness and sweetness.
Maybe I like sour types such as Flaxcat and Senkou.
Can anyone tell me which sake is characterized by sourness? LOL!
Jyushidai was obtained at a fixed price!
It is a ginjo-shu, but it is a quintessential Jyushidai. It is fruity and goes in easily.
I'm drinking it with great care.
I was impressed by the taste of Eikofuji's GMF24 and maguma, so I bought this one.
The image is clear and easy to drink. I think it is on the sweeter side in terms of sake level, but I had the impression that it was not that sweet.
Seasonal sake Hatsusun, Misaki. The acidity seemed low. However, although fruity, it is not too sweet and goes down smoothly. It is perfect as a food sake.
It is very fruity on the palate. The spiciness of the alcohol leaves the nose afterwards.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, so the impression is that it is light.
I thought it was not worth the price.
