The moment I drank it, I tasted a sourness I had never tasted before. It is not a bad sourness, but the kind of sourness you feel when you eat fruit. It is sweet at the same time. I think I'm going to be addicted to this.

We finally found Asahi Hawk after a drinking contest.
We always find it out of stock in supermarkets and liquor stores in Yamagata. When we asked, "Do you have any Asahi Hawk? The clerk at the liquor store looked doubtful. I felt like I had done something wrong.
I never thought I would be able to get such a sake at an izakaya near my house....
The moment I put it in my mouth, it tasted sweet and fruity. It was a fruity sake, but you could still taste the sweetness of the rice. To be honest, I could drink it without any side dish.
It is the best.
